by written notice given by either party to the other party at least
ten (10) days prior to the end of the contract primary term or any
extended term thereafter.
Rate Chgd for all deliveries shall be maximum applicable tariff
rates or any generally available discounted rates posted on
Transporter's web site from time to time, plus applicable fees and
charges, unless parties otherwise agree.
Contract Holder shall also provide and or pay, as applicable, Fuel Use
and LUFG allowances and charges, including, but not limited to,
surcharges as provided in Tariff.
Location List shall be all Perryville Hub Points of Delivery and All
Perryville Hub Points of Receipt noted in GT&C of Transporter's Tariff.
